Richard Strong is currently a Director of Global Information Services (GIS) for Harley-Davidson Inc. In that role, Richard oversees all business matters associated with technology and the I.T. department worldwide including its financial, portfolio, and resource management, supplier management, and strategic planning. In 2017, Richard was also appointed as the Director of the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Center of Excellence (COE) at H-D. The GIS director position resides in the Office of the CIO and reports to Harley-Davidson’s Chief Information Officer (CIO).
Richard came to Harley-Davidson in 2007 from nearby Miller Brewing Company where he held the role of Principal Project Manager. Before that he held positions of increasing responsibility in I.T. and project management with some of Wisconsin’s top companies including Johnson Wax, Rockwell Automation and Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance.
Richard holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a BBA degree in management information systems from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Dave Jackson has spent more than 30 years in the IT field developing and deploying on a variety of platforms including IBM mid-range, Oracle EBS, Microsoft Business Intelligence, InfoPath and SharePoint. Dave is currently an IT Project Lead for Reynolds Leveraged Services which supports a group of private-equity consumer, packaging and food service companies. His primary role over the past 18 months has been leading their RPA Center of Excellence deploying Automation Anywhere. They currently have more than 40 automations developed and deployed.Sandra and her team manage the customer experience for all Automation Anywhere customers worldwide. Her ability to convey the RPA vision has been instrumental in instilling a successful culture of automation in these organizations for the past 14 years. Passionate about technology, Sandra co-founded the company and has held other leadership roles including product development, sales, customer support, and professional services.
With deep and broad experience as an entrepreneur and leader at a number of high tech enterprises, Edmundo leads Automation Anywhere's advisory relationships, guiding the delivery of RPA services into enterprises worldwide. Previously, Edmundo co-founded and led virtual security pioneer Catbird, successfully building its Enterprise business and securing institutional funding. He was the sales leader and member of the Executive Team at both Tarantella and SCO. Edmundo is a dual-degree graduate of Cornell University with a BS in Operations Research and Information Engineering and BA in Economics. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
